Andrew Thorp is an award-winning speaker, trainer and consultant in the field of business storytelling. He works with senior leaders, sales people and other professionals to improve their communication and influencing skills.

This starts with developing a stronger narrative, a story which does justice to both the individual and the organization they represent. He helps to humanize and ‘storify’ what can otherwise be a dry, factual message, something he describes as ‘Verbal PR’.

After university Andrew spent 22 years in the UK golf & leisure industry, performing a variety of roles from Ryder Cup referee and commercial manager to golf coach and journalist.

He began what he calls his ‘second career’ as a speaker and presentation skills trainer in 2010 and eventually focused on storytelling to help business people say something more interesting about their organization!
