Chi-wah started her collaboration with Hercules Coaching in 2019, working with the Open Society Foundations who hosted one of their Global Inclusion Team Retreats for a group of 50 participants from around the world visiting Cape Town, South Africa.

Chi-wah’s 20+ years’ experience in setting up and organizing global events, both virtual and face to face, is enhanced by her personal management and oversight of each client’s program or event, control processes, work breakdown structures, interfaces, and communications. To achieve successful execution of her client’s vision, she always maintains professionalism, accuracy, speedy responsiveness, and optimal program integration.

Whether she is working on virtual programs for event attendees across the globe or in-person event programs with over 800 delegates, her commitment to service excellence always shines through.

As a trained and highly organized individual, Chi-wah knows how to create unforgettable experiences for both the hosts and the guests.

She is also the Founder and Director of Executive Concierge, a company specializing in Executive Logistics, International Support Services, Program Management and Event Management.

Prior to this, she has worked at the Open Society Foundation for South Africa (OSF-SA), World for All Foundation, and in Government at the Department of Social Development, The Office of the Premier of the Western Cape (with Premier Ebrahim Rasool) and The Presidency of South Africa. She organized, managed and facilitated high level VIP delegations, summits, conferences and a host of other events for local and international clients and delegates.

Her client base includes esteemed organizations such as the Open Society Foundations, US Chamber of Commerce, Albright Stonebridge Group, the African Climate Foundation, the European Climate Foundation, the Independent Philanthropy Association of South Africa, DBSA (Development Bank of South Africa), SAMRC (South African Medical Research Council), The World for All Foundation, The Young African Leadership Initiative, the Health Justice Initiative, the BRICS Business Council, CoC Netherlands, The African Alliance, The Symposium on Strength and Solidarity for Human Rights, The Mail & Guardian amongst others.

She has hosted and executed many high-level events, amongst them the first international ‘Global Womxns LBQ Conference’ in Cape Town, South Africa, hosting more than 500 international delegates from 111 countries, and her Executive Support Services has provided support and coordination to VIPs from many countries around the world.
