Katy Trost is a coach and advisor to CEOs of high-growth tech companies. They partner with her to become more effective leaders and implement a system that creates consistency in their scaling organizations. Understanding the responsibilities and challenges that come with serving a company and its people, her mission is to support CEOs at Series B and beyond.

Born and raised in Germany, Katy spent four years traveling the world before moving to New York City. After multiple years in the startup ecosystem in the US, she expanded her business to the UK, bringing a global perspective to her work with innovative and purpose-driven organizations. She is a coach to the Tech Nation Upscale cohort, Founders Forum, PwC Fintech Scale, and the Mayor of London Mentoring Program as well as a member of the board of advisors for various startups.

Katy holds an Executive mini MBA from the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF), is PCC accredited by the International Coach Federation™ (ICF) and certified in the leadership methodologies of iPEC™, the highest-rated coaching school in the US, Workboard™ OKRs, and the Gazelle’s Scaling Up™ framework, a series of one-page tools which more than 70,000 firms globally have used to successfully scale – many to $10 million, $100 million, $1 billion and beyond.
