María Eugenia has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources working in different types of multinational companies. In her career, she has had the opportunity to face different situations of leadership and transformation of companies, providing a valuable contribution in the change management in different teams.

She is a psychologist from the Catholic University of Chile with a major in Clinical and Labor. She holds an MBA from the ESE School of Business at the Universidad de Los Andes in Chile. She has a certification in Coaching from Newfield Consulting Chile, as well as a certificate in Leadership and Coaching from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez University of Chile. She has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Leadership at the Universidad de Los Andes and Organizational Development at the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez. She was recognized as "Women Leaders" of Mexico by Expansion magazine and recognized as "Business Leader for Equity" by the Women of Economic Forum of Chile.

María Eugenia's experience includes companies such as CSAV Sudamericana de Vapores, Oracle, Falabella, WBA Wallgreens Boots Alliance, among others, where she advised and was a strategic Business Partner of various business areas, in the definition and implementation of the Human Resources, Leadership Development, Succession strategy. She also highlighted her leadership in the development of DEI and CSR strategies

In the case of Oracle, she led the transformation of the company in Latin America, where the main focus was the integration of human resources and support in the transformation focused on the culture of the organization.

Her experience at Falabella stands out, where she supported management teams in talent management and performance management, among others, thus improving the capabilities of more than 1500 executives.

At WBA, she led the company's transformation into a world-class corporate company focused on compliance and international standards practices. She also led CSR initiatives, generating a culture of diversity and inclusion and developing a community of high-performing professional and executive women.

In her experience as a consultant, she has coached executives from a wide variety of companies and mentored professional women, young professionals and university talents.
