Having worked throughout the UK, Europe, Africa and the US, she is a confident speaker and through a mixture of her personal and business experience, successfully forms trusted relationships. Pauline’s recent experience includes facilitating international assessment centers for the Big 4, leading change management programs for pharmaceutical organizations in the US, coaching business leaders in the recruitment sector and outplacement programs within the Financial Services industry.

Having started work in the Recruitment sector in 1996, Pauline has extensive personal experience of managing change, outplacement programs and growing and leading teams based in multiple locations.

Her entrepreneurial spirit led to her founding a Talent Management agency in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2008.
