Simone is extremely passionate about personal growth, leadership development, and organizational health.

She originates from Cologne, Germany and was trained as a banker. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration from ISM, Dortmund, Germany.

Certified as an executive coach & organizational development (OD) consultant, she supports leaders and their teams to realize their full potential, collaborate more effectively and optimize business performance.

In 2020, Simone founded Simone Giesen Consulting, a boutique management consulting firm based in Zurich, Switzerland - specialized in executive coaching, leadership development and change management.

Having worked internationally for large multi-national organizations in different sectors (Finance, Reinsurance, Hospitality industry, Engineering, and Technology), having held various Senior positions in Human Resources (ranging from Learning & Development and Organizational Excellence Consultant to Change Manager and Global HR Business Partner), having experienced life and career transitions, she understands not only what is needed on a personal level to succeed in a fast-paced, complex environment, but also what it takes to drive impactful and sustainable organizational change.

Simone takes a genuine interest in people and their personal story. Her clients are met with a high degree of appreciation and empathy.

Simone is fluent in German, English, and French. She holds Swiss and German citizenship and resides in Zurich, Switzerland.

In her free time, she loves to travel, practice yoga and is an avid cook.
