This means asking probing and challenging questions that allow them to explore new perspectives and see solutions to seemingly difficult problems.

His many years of corporate experience have given him a deep understanding of the challenges of work and leadership. As a strong listener, he is comfortable with long moments of silence, giving the coachee space to reflect and express their thoughts freely.   • 15 years experience in the financial industry

  • Experienced in leading cross-border teams, matrix organizations and multicultural teams

  • International work experience in Hong Kong and Helsinki

  • Experienced in leading in large organizations, in high pressure environments and through periods of restructuring, uncertainty and change management

  • Comfortable working at all levels (including C-level)
